Opinion Locker is a UK based research panel that connects you with paid survey opportunities. Once you register, you get access to your own portal where available surveys are listed. Each one shows how many points it's worth, shown as a £ value, before you start, so you always know what you'll earn. Pick a survey, answer honestly, and once your response has been reviewed and verified, your points are added to your balance.

Opinion Locker is open to anyone aged 18 or over who lives in the United Kingdom. You'll need a valid email address to register.

No. Each person may only hold one account. If we find duplicate accounts, all of them may be blocked and any points balance forfeited.

We use your profile to match you with surveys you're likely to qualify for, so you spend less time on ones that aren't relevant to you. We also keep your profile up to date based on the answers you give over time.

Once your response has been reviewed and verified, points are added to your balance, shown as a £ equivalent so you always know what it's worth. Once your balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in your portal, head to the Earnings tab to redeem your points for a gift voucher of your choice through our rewards redemption partner.

Yes. You can redeem your points once your balance reaches the minimum threshold published in your portal (currently £15). We'll always show you how close you are to reaching it.

Vouchers are issued within 24 hours once you redeem. If yours doesn't show up, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@opinionlocker.co.uk and we'll look into it. Please note that lost, stolen or damaged vouchers can't be replaced, so keep your voucher details safe once issued.

We only collect the information we need to match you with relevant surveys and research opportunities, such as basic demographic and profile details. We never sell your personal information to third parties. We may share it with our clients and trusted partners where necessary to facilitate your participation in research, always in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We're registered with the ICO and follow the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.

Surveys are designed for specific audiences. For example, a client might only need feedback from people who own a certain product or fit a particular profile. If your answers show you don't fit what's needed, you'll see a "not match" status. We keep this as quick as possible and use it to keep your profile up to date, so future matches are more accurate.

Yes. You can deactivate your account at any time from your profile. Do know that deleting your account forfeits any remaining points balance, which can't be recovered afterwards. You can also email us at support@opinionlocker.co.uk to request that your personal data be deleted, and we'll handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.
